Automated Systems exists to help enterprises judge whether an application update is ready — using release quality analytics that boards can read without a tooling tour.
Origin
The practice grew out of release board work inside Korean financial and manufacturing IT organisations, where update windows collide with quarter-end reporting and overnight cutovers. Teams had defect trackers and change tickets; they lacked a shared way to score readiness before the go/no-go call.
Automated Systems was formed to deliver that scoring as an independent engagement — not as a product licence, and not as a permanent staff secondment.
How we work
We begin with your release calendar and the applications that matter most this quarter. Evidence comes from your existing defect logs, change records, regression notes, and rollback rehearsals. We score dimensions the board has already agreed — or help you agree them when they are still informal.
Findings are written in operational language first. Specialists get the detailed appendix; finance and operations leads get a short recommendation page.
