From document request to board briefing
This path describes how a Release Quality Assessment runs when an enterprise needs scored release quality analytics before an application update. It is the working sequence behind our flagship engagement.
Why a path, not a toolkit tour
Release boards do not need another catalogue of metrics. They need a sequence that produces a recommendation on time. The assessment path below is how Automated Systems collects freeze evidence, scores readiness dimensions, and briefs the people who own the go/no-go decision.

The four stages

Scope alignment
We confirm the applications in scope, the update window, and the decision the board must make. You receive a document request list covering release notes, defect exports, change tickets, and rollback records.

Evidence review
Over two to three weeks we read the freeze trail — remotely or on-site in South Korea when data cannot leave the premises. Gaps are logged as they appear, not saved for the final meeting.

Scoring workshop
With your release owner and QA lead, we score stability, regression coverage, change impact, and rollback readiness against thresholds you already use or agree during the workshop.

Report and briefing
You receive a written assessment with an executive page up front. We brief stakeholders in operational language so finance and operations leads can act without a specialist glossary.
