1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or commissioning release quality analytics for enterprise application updates from Automated Systems, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
2. Services described
Content on this site describes professional assessment, review, advisory, and debrief engagements. Descriptions are informational. A separate written estimate or statement of work controls each paid engagement.
3. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Automated Systems. Assessment reports delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not republish site content for commercial purposes without permission.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate release evidence, timely access to stakeholders, and truthful descriptions of update scope. Delays in providing documents may extend timelines stated in the estimate.
5. No warranty of release outcome
Our work informs readiness decisions. We do not warrant that an application update will succeed, nor that following recommendations will prevent all incidents. Final go/no-go authority remains with the client.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Automated Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or from decisions made after an engagement. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise.
7. Website accuracy
We aim to keep rates and descriptions current. Errors may occur. Binding commercial terms appear only in estimates and contracts issued to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts located in the Republic of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements commissioned through this site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
