Pricing that follows engagement shape

Guidance on which release quality measures matter for your update calendar, and how to present them to governance boards.
Day rate or fixed advisory package
From ₩1,100,000 per advisory day
A structured look-back after an enterprise update, capturing what the quality signals predicted and what they missed.
Fixed fee per debrief
From ₩2,400,000 per debrief
What changes the estimate
- Number of applications in scope for a single assessment
- Whether evidence can leave the premises or must be reviewed on-site
- Availability of at least one prior release cycle for comparison
- Need for Korean-language board materials in addition to English drafts
- Compressed timelines inside a freeze already underway
How payment usually works
Fixed-fee engagements are invoiced with a booking deposit and a balance on report delivery. Advisory days are invoiced monthly in arrears. Full terms appear on the estimate we send after the scoping call.
